Yes, there is a washing machine for guest use.

Yes, and we are up a long drive, so your car is well away from the road.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes, most things are in the kitchen to be able to cook any meals you like. Plus there is a BBQ on the deck which is exclusively yours to use.
Are there smoke alarms fitted?
Yes, the cottage complies with council regulations plus we have a fire extinguisher.
