Your Sweet Retreat
Our property is well positioned to enjoy all the local attractions, but for those that just wish to relax, you can soak in our hot tub, enjoy a swim in our large salt water, fully fenced swimming pool, have full use of a barbecue. We have free WiFi, and an array of books and board games, Freeview TV and DVDs all free to use. This combined with stunning views and a peaceful location will truly give you a holiday to remember.
History
In the village is the new Bennet’s chocolate factory (well worth a visit), However Bennett’s started here in this cottage in 1998 hoping to have a small “cottage industry” style business. Popularity made it grow so much they expanded to a purpose-built factory and cafe.
So the name refers to the “sweet chocolate” but also the “sweet situation” in the bush and quietness. We feel this is a SWEET RETREAT!
